2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we cannot verify the payment or delivery address — we will tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown on the product page. Shipping is added at checkout, and sales tax where it applies. We accept PayPal and Visa. Payment is taken when the order is placed.
4. Product information
We publish the specifications the manufacturer provides and check them where we can. Photography is representative; finishes can vary slightly between production runs, and wood grain varies by its nature. If a listing turns out to be materially wrong, that is our error — return it under section 5 and we will cover the shipping both ways.
5. Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms: 30 days from delivery, resalable condition, prepaid label supplied by us.
6. Warranty and liability
Clocks are covered by the 1-year Voncher warranty plus any manufacturer warranty. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any loss caused by a clock showing the wrong time.
7. Using the site
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or use the assistant to send abusive or unlawful content. We may suspend access if you do.
8. Intellectual property
The site design, text and layout are ours. Product names, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the goods we sell.
9. Reviews
Reviews are written by customers. We do not edit them for sentiment and we do not post reviews ourselves. We will remove a review that is abusive, off-topic, or clearly not about the product.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
