Handling time
Orders placed before 1:00pm MST on a business day are usually picked the same day. Everything else leaves within 1–2 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
Delivery estimates
The ranges above are the carrier’s transit time and start once the parcel is collected, not when you place the order. They are estimates: weather, carrier backlogs and holidays can add a day or two. We do not offer guaranteed-date delivery.
Where we ship
We deliver to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to freight forwarders.
PO boxes and APO/FPO
Standard shipping can go to a PO box. Expedited cannot, because it moves by courier.
Something arrived damaged
Clocks travel with glass. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the clock before unpacking further and email support@voncher.com within 7 days — we will send a replacement or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.
