Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return a clock. It needs to be in resalable condition with its original packaging. Start the return by emailing support@voncher.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds land on the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the parcel reaching us.
Warranty
Every clock carries a 1-year Voncher warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, on top of any manufacturer warranty. Batteries and normal wear are not covered.
